Sustainability and style is the heart of Toad. Since founding the business we have endeavoured to be as eco friendly and community based as possible. Seeking out the best paper packaging to working within the community to source the best Vintage and preloved clothing around. The beauty of our small business is we care. We care about delivering the best possible experience for you and to champion the small business flag to do some good in the world, whether that be raising awareness of issues or raising money for charities because it's the little things that matter to us.
Since becoming a mother I (Tess) have really learnt that individual style is everything. Style means completely different things to different people and that is the beauty of it! My mission is to help others find their style which leads to more thought out purchasing and ultimately less consumption/more rewearing- saving your pocket and the planet at the same time! At Toad Clothing, shopping is about more than what you buy. It's a complete journey, from browsing to choosing your outfit to letting us know what you think of your final purchase. We're here to help you enjoy yourself, so please feel free to reach out with questions, comments and suggestions!
Charging for postage allows us to keep the prices of individual items down. Rather than incorporating postal costs into every item we offer a money saving way of purchasing more than one item and only paying shipping costs once!
For UK orders we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 which are both available to choose from at checkout.
Due to new GPSR rules, I am no longer able to ship internationally from the website. International buyers can still shop our vintage via our ebay page here
Returns are accepted if received back within 14 days. Buyer must cover ALL shipping costs (including postage when purchasing) and item/s must be in original condition and not been washed or tumble dried. Returns have a huge impact on small businesses and planet so we encourage buyers to check measurements prior to purchasing and refraining from returning and instead sell on. SALE items are FINAL. They cannot be returned.
Toad reserves the right to withdraw refunds if items are not returned in original condition.
